Get access to TTW Perk Mods?

Hello,

I really want to try some new perks for a new playthrough and I was looking through this guide:

and found a link to perk mods

But when I click on that it says I am not authorized to view that topic. Do I have to pay or do something to get access?

You can't access that page because it's really outdated. It was for TTW version 2.9.4b. It was from the start of 2014 .

There's no way that guide is up to date. If you want a modding guide that is updated for the latest TTW version, follow the "Wasteland Survival Guide".

That perk mod is not compatible with any TTW version released in the last 4 years. The guide I linked has a more perks mod you can check out.

Ah I see, I should have double checked the date.
I did not know about the Wasteland Survival Guide, I will check that out.
I only knew about the Best of Times Guide but that didn't have much in terms of extra content. Are there any guides like Wasteland Survival Guide out there?

"The Best of Times" is the TTW install guide, while the "Wasteland Survival Guide" is TTW modding guide.

I don't know of any other TTW modding guide that's up to date. TTW 3.3 is quite recent itself, so I don't think other people put in the time and effort needed to make a proper modding guide (besides the WSG) for it.
