Can someone from the team tell me what exactly that value is for (besides "havok something something")?

I looked it up on the net, and there is no mention of it at all. Is it important to have it on 7000 (a value waaaaaay higher than the original value)?

It controls what distance water behaves like water.
It was increased so stuff doesn't suddenly start floating when the main character is close (which looks pretty dumb to have mirelurk bodies suddenly starting to float on the water out of nowhere). Now things start to float before the main character is too close, so it looks proper.
