Is there any reason why NVAC was removed from the guide?
Just wondering if it was causing problems or anything because I was crashing a fair amount when I installed the latest TTW. No extra mods. Installed NVAC and now zero crashes.

If you have crashing, thats indicative of badly made mods that can corrupt your save.
It was removed largely because most of the NVSE stuff now has proper fixes for most of the game code bugs.
It's not supposed to be a band-aid to let you use broken mods.

Ok, so are there now no crashes nvac prevents that are not indicative of badly made mods?

While I still have NVAC installed, I think Roy is right. I could get rid of it. My last NVAC log, from a 2 hour TTW game (plus more than a few mods), looks like this (no errors, whatsoever):

If you don't have any other mods, did you install all of the required plugins for TTW?gaaaaaaaaaaary wrote: ↑Sat Jul 30, 2022 8:42 pmAs I said, I didn't install any other additional mods, so...
I have literally hundreds of hours of testing in 3.3.2 before and after public release, and the only crash I got was when I used console commands (God Mode, TCL and probably others) and started throwing an insane amount of grenades of all types (frag, plasma, pulse, etc.) onto a pile of mines of (also) all types.

Yeah I did, I didn't even skip the testing step so I know they're all installed correctly I'm gonna try again from scratch, maybe I missed something I'm not seeing
