Clean loading screens TTW 3.2.2 (No Load Tips or Roulettte Wheel)

Just a quick little mod that I threw together in an hour or so. My mod will remove all load screen tips across FO3 & FNV, including both games DLCs. Useful if you ever wanted to be able to enjoy looking at the actual images on your loading screen. Highly recommend to be used with a loading screen replacer.

But we didn't just converted FO3, we added quite a few things to it.

For example, we added a lot of new Loading Tips about things from FO3. It took me hours to come up with all of them and took other team members "who-knows" how much time to edit them properly. Hours of work that you erase with your mod...

IStewieAI's Tweaks mod btw has a option to disable load tips, aside of MANY other tweaks. A must have anyway if you ask me.
