Ideas on Merchant Repair Option CTD showing up 34 hours in?

Hey Everyone! Does anyone have ideas on what could be causing the following type CTD?
I am 34 "official" hours into a play-through with TTW 3.3.2 version downloaded in December 22. Level 12. Running the WSG set up and Load Order. Have had zero issues until now. Nothing has changed in mod list since starting in vault 101. Completed Anchorage. Not yet to the Mojave.
Don't know if this is relevant, but one odd thing: Maybe 15 hours ago (before Anchorage), Lucky Harith was randomly killed by Mutants at Hallowed Moors Cemetery (south of Germantown). I got all his inventory. Some short while later I went to have one of the Caravan guys (Crow) repair my stuff. He had a repair shill of 100. So did Crazy Wolfgang. Can't remember Doc. All NON caravan repairs folks were normal.
I repaired lots of stuff before and after Anchorage, including Winterized armor and Jingweis Shock Sword. Never a problem. Fast forward to 34 hours of play and opening repair option with ANY merchant or Caravan the first time you try to reply to their offer (where they say something like , "sure, unless it's a steaming pile of slag" or whatever) when you click the action button that opens the menu of available repair items and caps cost the game freezes for a second or so and then CTD. The repair menu never opens.
Tried playing multiple saves going back and now it is the same CTD upon repair request.
Any thoughts? I've found nothing through search engines...

Try disabling the tweak "Barter affects NPC Repair Cost" in "lStewieAl's Tweaks" and see if that fixed it. :)
