How do I disable unconverted mod messages or mark them as converted?
I found a patch for Mothership Zeta Crew TTW to work with TTW 3.2. But every time I load the save it warns me that I have an unconverted FO3 mod. It's always possible that the patch doesn't work but I've never had any issues that could be traced back to the unpatched MZC conversion. Whatever happens, happens, but I'd like to get rid of the warning.

Mothership Zeta Crew was never converted properly for any TTW version past or present. Because you can't just convert that mod, it needs stuff made from scratch to work on the FNV engine, since, to work properly it made use of some engine bugs in FO3 that don't exist in FNV engine anymore.
Over the years we had a modding bounty to convert that mod properly with a nice payout for whoever made it happen, some great and knowledgeable modders (including TTW's lead dev Roy) tried to make it happen and they all quit after taking a look at the mod. Because it's too much work and complicated to actually make that mod work on TTW/NV, so don't trust random patches you find online to make the mod work on TTW.

It's so poorly made that it would be easier to just make it from scratch and no one got time for that.

Not to necro this too badly, but I did manage to play through the mod conversion entirely on Nexus for TTW3.2
Wasn't flawless... had some wonky bugs... but I was able to legit finish it on 3.2
