I'm encountering this same issue. I was following along with the many a true nerd playthrough and he mentioned the bug. So, I waited to build the Rock-It launcher. This week he fixed the issue by installing a hotfix for JohnnyGuitar NVSE. The hotfix is JohnnyGuitarNVSE 4.90 link here https://github.com/carxt/JohnnyGuitarNVSE/releases.

I installed the hotfix and tried it out. But as soon as I build the Rock-It launcher, and tab to the Weapons menu I get a CTD. I also tried updating NVSE from 6.2.8 to 6.2.9 but that didn't help. Since there is a Hotfix that apparently fixes the issue, I'm probably doing something wrong. But since the hotfix instructions are very simple, I don't see where I'm failing.

Hotfix 4.90 instructions: Move the .dll and .ini to Fallout New Vegas/Data/NVSE/Plugins directory.

There was no Plugins directory when I started but the hotfix had it in the zip file, so I just dragged that into the NVSE folder.

Red keeps heading to her Germantown jailcell. She starts heading back to the jail cell right after I bring her back to big town. I completed the quest and that hasn't changed anything. I don't see anything obvious in FNVEdit but I don't really know what to look for. The only way I managed to get her to sit at home in her clinic was to lock her doors. And to spawn her back in her clinic.

This is a bug in Red's package "MS01RedLockedUpGreetPlayer". There was a hotfix for it, but it seems it wasn't implemented in the latest TTW 3.3.2. Risewild posted the hotfix in the old bugs thread.

Assassin's Creed

It would appear that certain BOS (predominantly Broken Steel?) characters don't count for Assassin's Creed challenge. At least Scribe Bigsley and Paladin Jensen don't seem to count. At first I thought the problem was that I didn't kill them with right weapons (as viewtopic.php?f=50&t=6994 says it's supposed to be with energy weapons, although the in-game text doesn't mention it), but one of the people inside GNR did count, even though I killed them all with a chainsaw.

Outcasts also don't count, which feels a bit weird but I presume is intentional (since they don't conform to the standard ranks anyway).

Installer Silent Failure

Problem:
When using the installer, it seems that if my computer sleeps or the screen turns off (Window's power policy), when I wake up the computer, the install does not indicate an error, rather, it looks the installer before I initiated in the install, i.e., it looks like it finished. I know now that the real installation finished screen explicitly says that the install is complete and suggests mods, but this is only because someone on Discord told me about it. So there are two question/suggestions here:
  1. The instructions should indicate what it looks like when the installer finishes successfully.
  2. The installer seems to have some bug when the screen turns off/the computer goes to sleep. This should ideally be debugged and fixed
  3. The silent failure needs to not be silent.

Hi,

experiencing bugs on the TTW Fallout 3, I've experienced the 2nd time for my character can't fast travel anymore, it says "Fast Travel Is Currently Not Available From This Location". I think it might be triggered randomly or mistakenly attempting to fast travel indoors and or outdoors that Fallout considers indoors. Tried to load a previous save which is such a pain of long playing time already, then it was all fine, but when I finished the quest when James got killed to kill the Enclave guys, when I am leaving the Citadel, tried fast travelling but now it can't from any location, outside the Citadel, and far from the Citadel.

2nd bug, can't seem to make the Console to show up ever since I installed TTW again this year. I think there might be a problem with my laptop, because I think Skyrim console won't show up on my Computer too!

Please help, thank you!

if you start a new game from the fnv wasteland, galaxy news radio doesn't get disabled like the nv radios do in fo3 wasteland start. after exiting doc mitchel's house, once you enter any other interior the radio will be discovered and you'll be able to listen to it as long as you're inside.

edit:
intense training perk has wrong conditions set up in taleoftwowastelands.esm. instead of checking for intelligence it checks for perception twice.

There is a bug with Lucas Simms. When you are greeted for the very first time by Lucas Simms after entering Megaton, you have the option to initiate a fight with him. However, instead of Lucas Simms turning aggro onto the PC, he just turns around instead and starts walking away after exiting dialogue. I duplicated this bug by rolling back the base required mod loadout for TTW and TTW Quick Start, just to make sure it wasn't caused by another mod in my load order.
