I dont see any mention of casseroles in my dealing with Farber, despite my inventory has a few.
Bug or not? Can you check the related conditions in Ruby's and farber's coding????

That sounds like Wiki's headcanon crap. Always take what you read on the wiki with a grain of salt, specially if they don't provide good sources for the information they have. 
Even just looking at their own page for Farber's Dialogue, we can see that he never mentions the casserole at all. The only thing he says related to Ruby is how the Nash's could be willing to form a trade agreement to supply meat.
There's no dialogue about him wanting to sample or taste Ruby's Casserole at all.

I thought so too. The txt dialog file is too vague to support the mention.
Which is why I asked you to check the conditions in codings (if there's other files not just the mentioned dialog text), not the text files. Because god know if it is hidden in there instead of text files.
