Tale of Two Wastelands: ITALIAN Translation Help

Hello everybody. I am an Italian translator. I wanted to translate the mod in Italian, so I grabbed the program (ESP-ESM Translator) slapped the original ITA files on it as a dictionary and it came out. There are a few things that are bothering me so much though. It's half translated, it only applied to subtitles and some items. Not minding the menu, which can be easily ignored, most if not all the weapons are still in english. Activation props are half translated, like "Sit on Letto (Bed)" Or "Search Scarafaccio radioattivo (Radroach)" Or "Search Armadietto (Locker) [EMPTY]. Where do I find the lines to complete the translation? I have put every single file into the app. From the game esm to the dlc esms from both FO3 and NV. Any ideas? I don't know what to do anymore. Any help is appreciated :)

I think they are hard-coded in the exe, but can be overwritten. In GECK you can find them under "Game Settings". All the strings are starting with the letter "s". The term "Search" for example has the variable name "sSearch".
