Johnny guitar and show off New Vegas strip extender

Hello everybody I know that when it comes to mods just simply updating the mod can sometimes cause issues it's happened in the past and two very important mods I feel have or maybe have cost a bug and I may have found it.

So I came back into New Vegas I was kind of getting burnt out I have been learning how to mod just before I tell you what has happened I want you to know the two mods which are causing a bug I have never ever touched I mean I installed them but I've never went into the geck or whatever to mess with these mods.

I thought about probably downgrading then to earlier versions to see if it might make it work but I'm kind of a little confused here.

So the mod Johnny guitar and also show off New Vegas strip extender are two very important mods that affect a lot of mods.

So when I got into my game after you know just updating a few things I saw words in red in the middle of my screen saying Johnny guitar and show off script extender are mismatching??

Now in my head I'm like okay I didn't really think which versions actually matter but I went to both profiles of the separate mods because they were created by different people and I commented my report in the comment section somebody replied to it on one.

The moments later I was blocked from commenting on the pages on both mods and I'm like wait a minute how does that happen I can understand one if somebody kind of saw my post but these mods were created by different creators so did I get recommended by someone from the Nexus team??..

If you want to go to both of the mod pages because I'm probably sure that you use one of them you can see my comment my username is the same on here on there.

So we're now at the low point where the Nexus is so shitty that they're willing to silence people for just commenting or reporting bugs now.

I'm sorry to post it here guys but if I remember I think Johnny guitar is actually needed for Tale of two wastelands not so much show off New Vegas extender...

but a lot of very good mods that people have used to work with Tale of two wastelands I think requires Johnny guitar so and here's the weird thing I tried to remove show off script extender and keep Johnny guitar but the bug was still there it was like okay I remove these files so why is it still reading this??


Sorry I just sometimes I really feel like I just want to reinstall Tale of two wastelands but I would have to probably reinstall fallout New Vegas again and that really went take long.

I'm just really disappointed because I was going to go over a friend's house for a few days and take my computer there and probably play some.

Well since I can't comment on the pages anymore I just hope somebody can pick up my mantle or explain to me why this has happened I could probably take a screenshot to show all of you if that might even help.

I do apologize my post is long but I never thought I would ever get in trouble for just reporting a bug

I'm running both Johnny Guitar (currently version 4.81) and ShowOff NVSE (currently version 1.46) and have never ever seen such message as you describe. It sounds more like you are using an incompatible or broken mod that causes this message.

First, I am running the latest versions of both mods and have no issues.

Second, why do you think you were banned? Could have been a glitch. If you feel you were unjustly banned, contact the mod author and find out why. Nexus staff would have had nothing to do with it, unless you were abusive.
