General questions about the latest change to ammo dispersion

Hello hello everybody hi I played the last version I think it was 3.2 and I never really had a problem finding all kinds of ammo like with the latest upgrade I think everybody kind of changed the ammo records because for this playthrough because you can have different profiles for my organizers so I can have my profile for my Melee character and one for my sniper character and I've noticed that there's barely

Any 308 rounds in the capital wasteland now I get it it's more abundant to find pistol ammunition rather than high performance rifle rounds but it does feel a little bit unbalanced in terms of finding ammo.

I know that there's a perk that increases the amount of ammo you find when you look into cases but I was just wondering if any of the team members could explain their reason for the change to the level list for certain ammunition changes.

I find plenty of other ammo but again I just barely have found any 308 rounds
