Looks like heavy use of oHUD (for aHUD and pnHUD) or standalone the standalones for both and Radar Mod (by me ). There might be others that aren't as obvious, not sure.

yeah, if you take the corner
yeah, if you take the corner bits and switch their positions, you get that kind of boxed-in look. then move the elements of eHud or pnHud, depending on whether you're using the oHud set or the standalones for aHud and pnHud, down to the outside of the brackets, drop the radar in the center, and then have a screen large enough that you can see around all of it, it would look like that.

That hud, while cool, really
That hud, while cool, really points out what I most hate about aHUD....
That is completely asymmetrical. There is no way to get even spacing once you start moving things around, exacerbated by the fact that there is no mod to put fixed-width kerning fonts into the HUD.
Bleh.
