REQUEST: Quick Start V101

I forgot to say that I am using a heavily modded NV, so I'm not expecting a thing.  :)  I wouldn't have any expectations, short of an answer, anyways.  ;)


Would it be possible to make a 'quick & dirty' mod to skip the whole Vault 101 intro?


1.  It just gets tedious for me, going through the whole intro thing.


2.  'My' Modded FNV freezes at birth, when starting a new TTW game.  


Rogue gave me a quick train ticket mod so I could get into DC.  But since  your concentrating on DC to NV, then I'd like to get my hands dirty, but can't get past birth, for now.


In the meantime, I've tried out a couple alternate start FO3 mods.  Found one working Save Game, but the inventory is empty even though the author stated there is the standard V101 starting gear.. Baseball bat, grognak, bobble, ect...  


The 2 Quick Start mods I've found (from 2009) don't work.  I still get the freeze at the birth scene with Dr and Dad staring at me... 


Any recommendations on a TTW compatable one?  I assume that once I save my new character, I can disable the mod.
