Unable to load saved games without "Not Responding"

Uninstalling FO3 and FNV and reinstalling them, going to reinstall TTW and all that, somewhere along the lines...Fallout TTW would stick on a loading screen indefinitely until I Ctrl+Alt+Del and ended process as it would be listed as "Not Responding". Not sure where it went wrong but hopefully I can get everything back up and running. Only had maybe 6 or 7 mods, nothing extreme, so I'm thinking leftovers from mods I tried out and removed from NMM bumped heads with something. Hopefully clean installs and than adding the mods I do use will work. NMM worries me sometimes.

I think this is a vanilla bug, I would get this kind of issue even before I started using or working on TTW. Some times just restarting my computer would fix the issue without having to reinstall everything.

Yep, infinite loading screens are a vanilla bug:

Just close FNV and then run the program again.  Everything should be fine. 

If you can't load your save game, try loading an earlier save game, and then load the one that causes the infinite loading screen.  This has always worked for me when I get the infinite loading screen bug.
