Apologies if this is the wrong forum... or a stupid question lol...
Is there some way in the FalloutCustom.ini (or somewhere else) to have the game open by default on my secondary monitor (to be clear: without changing which of my monitors is the default monitor)? I would prefer it open on my secondary monitor rather than my default monitor if that's possible.

Also... to add... is it possible to change the resolution to bigger than it is. While I do prefer my games windowed, that doesn't mean I don't want them to be fullscreen. I prefer windowed fullscreen mainly so I can move them to the monitor I want them to play on. My monitor, however, is 1920x1080. How can I change the resolution?
