so I just started ttw and went with the Capitol wasteland start.
Everything went as normal until the after the one year later part where I saw James's head start spinning and he just sorta floated along. So I continued to play and literally EVERYONE except the robot, was doing the same thing. Tried the Mojave start and Mitchel does it too
I am not sure what to do as I have followed the installation guide and have no idea what is screwing up. Tried looking it up and while I saw a few fixes I am not sure they would help me. So if anyone has a way to fix this any help would be appreciated.

Re: npc float and have spinning heads
There were no mods outside those needed to make the ttw work but I was able to fix this problem, just had to change the actor fade setting.
However I ran into another problem. For some reason (something did not install properly) the render distance was messed up pretty bad. I checked for fixes and figured out some meshes did not load properly so I'm doing a fresh install. Thanks for offering help though.
