Turn Stiggs into Whitley

Posted this on the subreddit, but thought it would get more attention here. Working last night, I came up with an idea I wanted to share. The idea is that you take Stiggs, from FO3, and make him Whitley, from FNV. You would change his name to Whitley, have someone record new dialogue where he introduces himself as Whitley, and this actor would also re-record the Whitley dialogue in base New Vegas and Lonesome Road. In addition to this, when interacting with ED-E in Lonesome Road, you talk with him as someone who interacted with people ED-E had. You can tell ED-E whether you killed Colonel Autumn or let him live, same with Whitley. You can tell ED-E that maybe someday you could take him back to the Capital Wasteland and try to find Whitley to reunite them. I feel this could be a really cool idea for a future version of TTW or a mod
