Camera shake while moving in first person (motion sickness)

Good day, I've run into the same problem. I went through NW FOW in a year, now I decided to go through NW ToTW, but I can’t, I’m very sick because of the rocking (shaking) of the camera while walking, I tried to google, I didn’t find anything. I looked for a solution in the settings, nothing helped. I'm already desperate and I'm writing here. Please help me resolve this issue, thanks in advance.
I'm happy with the swing of the weapon, it looks interesting, but the camera shake in the first person is simply unbearable for me.
