Crash: Jefferson Memorial, Waters of Life

On this current playthrough, which is over 90 hours at this point, I have finally experienced my first crash/issue. And it's pretty significant.

Whenever I try to enter the Jefferson Memorial, specifically during the very first objective of meeting Dad and the others at the Memorial, I CTD during the loading screen. I have previously entered the Memorial with no issue. Only once I've started the Waters of Life quest is when it CTDs upon trying to enter the Memorial. I reloaded a save and entered the Memorial just fine before heading to Rivet City with Dad to start the quest. I acquired the quest and it starts to CTD at the loading screen like before. I even started a new game and rushed to Vault 112, rescued Dad, went to Rivet City, acquired the Waters of Life quest, cleared the area outside the Jefferson Memorial, attempted to enter and CTD during the loading screen.

Like I stated prior, I've put over 90 hours into this one save and have experience ZERO issues.

If anyone could give me any advice or know a fix, I'd greatly appreciate it. I'd prefer to not have to use Console Commands to skip the quest, considering I'd have to go into the Jefferson Memorial a few more times after the beginning of Waters of Life.
