Purple Menu Background with TTW

I'm doing the initial build of TTW and carefully doing iterative testing of mods and getting the setup right and triple checking everything for conflicts.

TTW changes the main menu screens but I got it with a pure-purple one in the mix, which would seem to indicate a 'missing asset'.

I've added no graphics mods at this stage and the install is by-the-book with a few caveats that shouldn't affect this at all (For the sake of clarity: not forcing fullscreen and not using the audio-portion of the custom.ini b/c the game can thread-lock on close if I do) but just in case, I created a MO2 profile that's just running TTW + required mods.

This doesn't seem to be a known issue that I can find (please point me to where if it is) so it looks like I'll have to track it down myself.

However, there are a ton of menu backgrounds and I can't reproduce this on demand or tell which one it's trying (and failing) to load.

Where do I begin to track this down?

Trying to use the load screen skipping ini edit does that. Or the installer didn't work correctly.
