As a new player to TTW, I have some questions!

I'm a big Fallout fan giving this a go for the first time and really enjoying it so far. My questions are

Is there any wiki the has details on the specific balance of this game? Obviously weapon damage has been balanced specifically for this experience but I can't find an up to date utility for information.

Playing fallout 3 and New Vegas on xbox 360 I remember playing very big safe files that eventually would just lag and crash very often, is that even more of a problem with two games together or not really a problem because I'm on a good computer and installed all the essential mods from The Best of Times Guide.

Is there anywhere I can find a list of changes to content specific to Tale of Two Wastelands? Things like new missions, easter eggs etc.? I've found a list of restored cut content but that's about it. If not love to hear about anyone's favourite content exclusive to TTW!

Save bloat only occurs when using bad mods, not in vanilla TTW.

PC doesn't have a 256MB memory limit like console, so many of those issues will just never happen.
