Are there any good weapon mod mods out for TTW 3?

I wanted to download a mod from the Nexus called Craftable Weapon Mods but where it says it allows crafting of mods based on skill and covers all weapon mods from WMX. But I also saw that WMX was on the Incompatible list here on TTW.com. Does anyone know anything about this mod or something similar to it that I can use? I really like the idea of crafting my mods from all the random junk in the wasteland.

Which mod are you actually looking at:

Craftable Weapon Mods (Doesn't have support for TTW weapon mods.)

Craftable Weapon Mods - WMX Version (Doesn't have support for TTW weapon mods and requires WMX.)
