I've been thinking about seeing if I can make a perk similar to "Jury Rigging" except for armor/clothing by reverse-engineering the way Obsidian implemented it.
Except I can't actually figure out how the perk knows what weapon can be repaired with a different one. There's no formlists that I can see, no scripts, nothing. The only thing in the perk's info is a check against the player's repair skill and an entry point for "Has Jury Rigging."

How exactly does the "Jury Rigging" perk work?

Animation type for weapons.
For armors I think its light/medium/heavy.

Do animation replacers break this?
