Updating a 3.2 mod to 3.3.1

I'm on my latest TTW playthrough and it looks as though some of the mods I've been using are no longer compatible with the recent updates and hotfixes.

I've tried using the TTW 3.3 conversion script in FNVEdit on the 3.2 mod (remembering to make sure the masters/database are correct) but it doesn't seem to make any changes.

There's no way that I'll be able to convert the entire thing from scratch, it's an enormous mod with quests, locations, voiced NPCs, perks, the whole 9 yards and I can barely use the GECK. I know there's a conversion guide but I'm so out of my depth I'd need step-by-step instructions which is essentially impossible because, as far as I'm aware, there are no step-by-step instructions given how wildly different every mod is from every other mod.

Essentially I'm asking if there's an easy way to convert a 3.2 mod to a 3.3.1 mod that I haven't thought of or if there's a way to find somebody who would be willing.

You don't really need to "convert" anything. A mod that worked in TTW 3.2 will also work in 3.3. What you need to check are conflicts.
For example if your mod changes a quest script, you may need to update that script, because the 3.3 script may look different than the 3.2 script. Or if your mod changed an NPC, you may need to update its properties to reflect changes from 3.2 to 3.3.

Even if your mod only implements new stuff, you may still need to look for balancing changes, for example item prices, to bring them in line with TTW.
