what does it take? fnvedit? do you just need to change worldspaces to their respective 3.3 counterpart?
like for say an item mod such as https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout3/mods/20950
simply adds little knick-knacks to some areas. nothing, like, gameplay changing or quest adding. nothing i can imagine would be too difficult to convert but again im clueless. has anyone created a guide?>

The conversions package and guidelines have been released already, check the mod releases.
There is no guide, every mod is different. You need FNVEdit and GECK+GECK Extender, the will do so, and GECKWIKI.com
