I didn't make anything, but.. I got permission to upload it..
Reason is that I was looking for this exact mod, and I knew it existed for New Vegas once before but couldn't find it for the life of me. I did a lot of research and found a Russian version of it on another site where someone took credit for the translation and credited an original designer which linked to a profile on Nexus who was banned (thus why his file was blocked), so I did some research on this guy and found his Steam account and tried adding him so I can figure out about this mod and if it can be re-released. I spot him online, try to add him to friend list but he rejects my request so I couldn't say anything to him. Than I go back to this translator figuring he might have translated other mods like this if I'm lucky, and he did the exact same mod but for Fallout 3. I check the name of the original designer of the FO3 version and come across a modder's resource. I take that back to nexus and ask if someone could port it over, I have everything they need. Found a guy who coded an .esp for me, tested it, released it to my specifications and voila! MY FIRST RELEASE!
