Having issues with the cryo lab in Mothership Zeta

None of the switches in the cryo lab appear to be working and its made it so that I cannot progress. This includes all wall mounted switches that you can set to overload. I've reached the point where you need to run the cryo process on the autopsy chamber where Elliot Tacorien's team members are but pressing the switch accomplishes nothing just like with all the others and the doors to enter the room never unlock. 


When I press a switch the release something from stasis nothing happens at all. When I activate a wall mounted switch I get the list of available actions but none of them have any discernable effect. Strangely when I exited and reloaded the game some of the cryogenically frozen ghouls were out and attacking the aliens but the pods they were in are still sunk into the ground. 


I've noticed that people were having issues with the same chamber but all the one's I found all seemed to indicate that the issue was once you were inside the room and the doors were locked at both ends and that killing Elliot helped but I've reloaded an older save and never took him with me and the issue persists. 


I've not experienced this issue with any other areas of the ship so far but this is the first of the three generators that I've gone for so am unsure if I'll encounter the same issue in the other two areas. I've searched online to find anyone else with the bug and there's a similar post to mine on this forum but the thread went dead in 2016 with no resolution mentioned in the thread. There's nothing on the fallout wikia to indicate this is a vanilla bug so can only assume it's mod/ttw related. 


I'm running on a computer with 8GB of RAM and a i5-4590T processor but am pretty heavily modded. I'm using NMM and have sorted my load order with LOOT but made the starter pack changes recommended on here. Load order is below.

I did follow all the instructions on here for installing NMC, PN, WMX and EVE and am certain I have all the compatibility issues sorted out and with the exception of a few missing textures on energy weapon mods and the occasional ctd I haven't had any significant issues thus far and am a good 12 hours into my current playthrough. I'm using FNV4BG and FNVSE and Lutansa so I'm fairly confident this isn't an issue with my system or anything but can't think why this issue would only specifically affect this area of the ship but it's made it so I can't continue my game now. 


I was hoping that someone might know of a solution or a bypass for this section or something.

Standard troubleshooting applies, disable 5 mods at a time until the issue goes away and isolate what mod is doing it.


TTW is tested completely vanilla, it's 99.9% of the time a mod.

I find the major issue from visual mod --> Glowing One can make this part crash. You need to uninstall it.
