Weapon spawn frequency moddable?

I won't bore you with my reasons because they are irrelevant but i'd like certain guns in the game just gone. Is there a command or mod that will let me change the frequency at which items appear? Hell a command that could persistently make certain guns spawn at a rate of 0% would be fine.

I just dont want certain guns to be spawning. I dont really care much about unique ones popping up.

That would require a very extensive mod, unlikely.
