I am having trouble setting weapon hotkeys (controller). I have a fresh install of the most current TTW, and just the essential mods (all current). No UI mods yet. I have started a new game. The issue is when I'm in my Pipboy and I try to use the button to assign a hotkey (rb) the hotkey ui flashes for a fraction of a second then closes. There is no time to actually assign it.
EDIT: I fixed the problem. It is a very niche issue, so I doubt anyone else will find this helpful, but just in case here you go. The problem was that in my last NV run I was using Project Nevada. Now, I downloaded a clean install of NV, and emptied my mod folder before I installed TTW, so it wasn't the mod being left over and incompatible. The problem is that I had forgotten that I had created a custom controller config for PN in steam, and never noticed Steam was telling me I'd done so. That config was messing up the hotkeys. I reverted it to the standard setup and everything works.
