I spent about a week on this. It's probably the most advanced thing I've personally done in the GECK and also probably took longer to make than it absolutely needed to, since I basically moved everything manually instead of using the "snap to grid" feature.

Hopefully it'll work better with companions now. I went in and manually NavMesh'd the whole thing. Took forever too, since the GECK kept crashing on me.

Which is weird, because it never crashed on me before. Then I started editing the NavMesh. Boom, BEX errors all over.
