Modern Gameplay features for controller users for 3.3

Post by wasdwasd12 » Mon Apr 25, 2022 10:10 am

hello I wanna try helping more and recommending good mods i find in my down time for controllers users.

if your like me it anoyying switching over to grenades when you should have a key to throw them like in a call of duty game.
and also if your wanting more modern replacers for common skills so you dont have to keep opening the pipboy check this out. ( theses mods also are for normal keyboard warriors)

https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/75164?tab=files Dynamic Controller Mod

https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/66666 JAM - Just Assorted Mods

https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/66686 B42 Quickthrow - an alternative grenade hotkey mod

https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/68055 B42 Melee Bash

I have tested theses and they seem very safe for 3.3

And if you ask me make the game feel more...updated lol. Try out this combo for a improved combat feel if you are on controllers :3

I respect your decision, And maybe you get a little more accuracy out of a mouse and keyboard but idk I just been a console gamer at heart. Which is why I am hoping for someday this post can grow and we can get full mod support for a lot of the great mods out their for controller :3

Well thank you and hey I understand how you feel like the longest I've ever known about stuff for controllers with his old created mod called Xpatter I think that's what it was called I may have it wrong but basically it's a program that would allow a lot of the top mods to work with a controller but you would have to pay for it and I'm like no no the Nexus mods are now trying to do that shitez

Like... I go to a mod then there's no file but there's a link to the person's patreon and I'm like hey I'm off for supporting mods but don't you have to pay every month to keep supporting the person on patreon I mean obviously you could just stop your support once you download it but I really don't like the idea of mods being on patreon or patreon exclusive.

I don't believe Maude should even die deep into the exclusivity bid for video games because that was always the thing with consoles how certain content was only exclusive on certain consoles.

But yeah a lot of mods for the controllers they're making progress but they're still with their headaches
