Maybe rename the Lyon's Chapter to "The Lyon Alliance"? Before or after broken steel. It's just got a better ring to it than "Lyon's Chapter" (Also a semi-reference to battletech)

The problem with that is an alliance is a bunch of disparate groups coming together for a common cause, while the Brotherhood is one cohesive unit.

Places that you could put intelligent supermutants in command that would make sense would be the

Jefferson Memorial (before reclaiming it)

That one industrial area where there's a behemoth (I can't remember the name)

The Capital building

The GECK doesn't generate ONAM records, which I assume is the cause of your problem with statics. Toggle the ESM flag off and back onf in FNVEdit and save to generate them.

Thanks for the tip! Been having this crop up in regular NV also and it's always driven me crazy.

I agree, and it's doable to some extent if you make what I call a "dialog trap" - force a player to move through a certain area and automatically trigger the conversation. This has to be done because the rest of the mutants will be hostile and violence will be the only option, unless I remove them and then add new ones, which I don't think will work well.

All the way on the third page? Here's some proof Unity's still alive:

Neat!

Looking forward to this.

Always bring a companion or two that is slower than you.
Because you don't need to out run a Deathclaw.
You just need to out run your companions (Just bring a lot of companions in case the Deathclaw is really hungry!).

Where were they getting more kids anyway?

Probably, the place is a dumping ground. What family is going to keep kids except for the most loving families? You need to feed them, you need to protect them, and they are useless until they are old enough to carry and point a gun. Not like you see many in the big settlements. Big Towners would definitely send their kids there, since they hate Big Town so much. All those unwanted children from other settlements need to be sent somewhere as well. Little Lamplight is relatively safe compared to other settlements, being a massive cave protected by its very own Lord of the Flies society, after all. It explains their attitudes toward the adults as well, as abandoned children have every right to feel resentful.

(Even a quest line gives you the option to do just this and send a child to Lamplight.)

It also adds an interesting connection between the Lone Wanderer and the children, considering Dad went to great lengths to keep his child in his life whereas all these other children were tossed away by their families. At least, that is how I always considered the entire place, a dumping ground for children, and why Lamplight makes sense for me.

I've always seen Lamplight as a baby factory. 12-14 year old kids would screw every chance they got. Maybe I'm missing something but I think the older kids get kicked out, hopefully, before they can overpopulate the cave.

I don't want to start an argument here, but I think Lamplight is the opossite of 'Lord of the Flies'. The physically dominate aren't hunting the weak. They have a school, a hospital, and an ordered society. They just kick the irrational, cause puberty makes us stupid, people out.

Which quest lets us send someone to Lamplight? I might want to try it.

It is at the end of Those! where you are tasked with finding Bryan Wilks a home. One of the possible homes for him, aside from ideal solution of Rivet City, is Little Lamplight.

you'll see them listed in vanilla stuffs as forcegreets a lot, but the idea is to intercept the KOS packages before the combat starts

i don't actually know why i commented this, it's not very useful in hindsight.
