Vats at 0%

So I been having problems with my game for some reason is that when i equip any kind of energy weapons it make my vats turn to 0% at any distance and then it infect the other weapon too, a temporary fix i found on reddit is downloading dxvk and put the d3d9.dll into the game file and it fix until i equip energy weapon, this happend after i install just enough realism and i try to reinstall the mod and stuff to see if it fix but it doesn't just want to look for second or third opinion before i find another difficulty tweak mod, (P.S: currently using this with jsawyer ultimate edition but i download it yesterday so its not a problem) oh and here is my load order
