CTD: Runtime Error R6025

Playing through TTW again, and this is still happening. Game crashes, gives me the R6025 Runtime Error. Crash log says "game did not crash...."

Whether it is coincidence or not, one thing I noticed is that it only occurs in DLC areas. First time I played through TTW, I got the same runtime error at least a dozen times during Dead Money, often when transitioning through doors that have loads. This time, it happened in Honest Hearts, just randomly as I was walking along. Have not had one single runtime error CTD in the Mojave or DC. Honestly, I have had maybe 1 or 2 crashes total during both playthroughs outside of DLC "zones."

For reference, I used "The Best of Times" and "Wasteland Survival Guide" to install what mods I did, so I have the proper requirements, C++ distributables, etc. I only added a couple of mods not in the guides.

One thing I found suggested turning off any overlays... Steam, NVIDIA, etc. None of those are or have been on. Drivers are current.
