Disabling Shadows?
Just installed TTW a few days ago and really enjoying it. In The "Best Of Times" tutorial, it mentions disabling shadows to increase performance, but I can't seem to figure out how to do so. Choosing the setting in the NVLauncher in the base game folder doesn't seem to do anything (I'm still in the Fallout 3 section of the game, not sure if that makes a difference.) My old laptop meets minimum specs, but trying to maximize the performance. Any help would be appreciated.
