Respawn System conversion

Hi everyone,
I cleaned the mod found here https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/62815 up using FNVedit and applied the conversion script several times, but the flag "unconverted blabla" still shows up when I load my game. Nevertheless, the mod now does what it intends to do and creatures respawn properly (at least in DC, haven't been to the Mojave yet).
Can somebody explain to me how I can convert it properly (no worries I did not post my file anywhere, I contacted the author)?

open geck.
set the mod as active file
let geck load till finished
save.
Exit.
Just that~

Thanks for the help, did the same with GNR Enhanced and apparently forgot to save. I am a fool sometimes
