Game seems to crash every time I enter the atrium in 101.

I recently started a new fallout TTW save, using mods from both the Wasteland Survival Guide, and Salamand3r's Graphics here:

I am confused as to why it is crashing, because I have only followed the guides of both.

What other mods are you running?
Do you run required/ important mods?
Does it crash without any mod running?
Does it crash with another save?
