Main Menu Refuses to Load

So while installing my mods, I used most of the mods on the WSG as a guideline, adding other mods as well to further expand upon everything.

Now whenever I boot up the game, all of the indents dont fade into each other, instead going to each other like a static title screen(This was happening before I installed my mods so I thought it was alright) with my fps capped at 20 and then stays at the title screen but does not display the main menu.. at all. I waited a few minutes and such but I got literally nothing.

Did something break or did I mess something up

I also manually installed all of my utilities that were needed as outlined in the WSG instead of putting the rest in MO2

I also have the profile located not in the cache of my MO2 folder(because it didnt detect TTW fully) on my Data drive but in a seperate folder for TTW on my D: drive. Is that also part of the problem?

UPDATE on Everything

I got rid of a good amount of plugins, like FNV mods like For The Enclave and the New Vegas Version of A World of Pain as well as sadly the Mikeburnfire quests and companions and Ties That Bind.

The Main Menu loads but now whenever I start a new game I get THIS!

My guess is someguyseries.esm. uncheck andnsee if it works. Dang thing is supposed to conflict with f3 data.

And isnt it cyberware esm supposed to be over other esp of its group?

So what do you think can be causing the broken hud shown in the screenshot link then as well as the other issues?

Should I try and reinstall F:NV and F3 as well as TTW to try and fix it?

Reinstall everything with manually wiped games/mods. Then follow the guide and don't stray outside the Wasteland Survival Guide.
