To others with question about things which run from command prompt, that's something you'll have to google and learn to use, I don't have time or inclination to teach people how to use their OS, sorry.

It seems that the files

textures\architecture\ParadiseFalls\ParadiseFallsEdgeTrim01.dds
textures\architecture\ParadiseFalls\ParadiseFallsEdgeTrim01_n.dds
from the New Vegas version visually break the exterior of the Super Duper Mart (weird stretched out sideways bricks). Replacing them with the corresponding files from the FO3 version fixes this.
