Using upscaled 4x textures

Can you explain:
TTW contains custom textures? (except TaleOfTwoWastelands - Textures.bsa)
How can i use Upscaled 4x textures (F3 and NV combined texture pack) with TTW?

i just used that pack in my latest ttw config and the way that package acctually builds it self is kinda unique it takes hours tho (2-3 hours ) i have a i7 9750h just download main archive run it like i said it takes for ever all it needs out put file to direct it to nothign else ....youll end up with about 68 7 zip files containg 500 mb each toons of data and very good IMO from there take it and throw it in z merge to make it one plugin ...drop in your load order and id over write it with everything you have and get some lod resorces and run lod gen youll have some decent graaphics
