Project Nevada Took away Fawke's Weapons!

So, i was looking around and apparently me having Project Nevada wont let Super Mutants carry weapons, at first i thought maybe this was no big deal. Once i met up with Fawkes i realized he wouldn't use his Gatling Laser or Super Sledge. I found a post on reddit about an ESP that would fix it. I realized i had to make an account, so i did, but it says i dont have authorization. What do i do now? I really like Fawkes as a Companion, and with me playing Hardcore mode, I cant just let him run around with nothing. So what do i need to do to get access?
I like TTW, interested in modding it a bunch!

Unfortunately that patch was made for an older TTW version and wouldn't work with the most recent one.

Project Nevada has a lot of incompatibilities with TTW. You can't use the Cyberware, Equipment and Rebalance extra modules because they are broken and will break TTW. You can use the Project Nevada Core, but you should also use the patch made by EyeDeck that is here:

The team went to the trouble of putting together an incompatible mod list. People would save themselves a lot of trouble if they would just go through it before blindly dumping mods into their game.
