alrighty already buggered up the install, because game froze on me. Got the required textures/meshes in seperate folders ready to place... Where?
I chucked em in the data folder of fo3/FNV respectively and activated the esps - TTW and book of steel Compatibility Edition. loaded up and game froze when click continue.

You shouldn't be installing anything to FO3 for TTW, all the TTW stuff is installed in New Vegas. Also use a god damn mod manager.

You need the main NV file as well as the TTW file, it's crashing because that's the missing master file for the TTW patch

Thanks for the Vid much helpful. And i did have all esps(required) not the ones instructed to delete.
Instructions was unclear, was following logic tied to modding normally. TTW does not follow normal logic.
On my part always use NMM/vertex. Not use to using MO which is my fault. Logic told me fallout 3 stuff goes fallout 3 folder.
TTW whole different kettle :P

What files do I need to download for it to work? The main and TTw patch only? not the Fo3 files in the required?

The instructions on the nexus page indicate that you'll need the meshes and texture files from the FO3 mods listed as "required", but NOT the .esp files from those mods.

TTW 3.2.2 adds the remnant armor to the enclave but is renamed to "Enclave Armor" and it is just the remnants armor renamed. but for some reason its missing textures on the left forearm where the pipboy would be, this happens when npcs where it. The actual Remnants armor is fine and does not suffer from this problem, its just the renamed Enclave Variant that this happens to. Everything is normal when the player wheres it though since we have the pipboy. The textures are missing and it is like a bright white or gray color on the forearm. Could you please take a look at this and possibly fix this if you can. Thank you for the mod though you did a fantastic job, and i really hope to hear back from you soon.
