Armour DR not displaying

I have an issue with some armours not displaying their DR, and their value seems to have reverted to the way too expensive NV prices. They don't affect my DR when equipped either. So far, it's with recon armour, and brotherhood T45 and T51, and the helmets. Outcast T45 is unaffected so far. All of these suits originally displayed properly when I picked them up, and I'm not sure but maybe it's an issue with storing things in the megaton house lockers, at the beginning of my save I also tried to put leather armour inside and was left with a fully repaired duplicate. I only had one mod affecting armour stats/adding new armour aside from TTW itself, rebuild the capital, but disabling that had no change. I have PAVE installed, but textures shouldn't be causing the problem. Could use some help!

You must be using a mod that does this, use FNVEdit to find out which one.
