Sniper Perk Bug?

Sniper Perk has wrong info, in current version 3.2.2 it says "Level 12, AGL 6, PER 6", but it only works with PER 8 minimum. According to Fandom it should be 6/6 in Fo3/NV but 8 in FO4.

The perk is not altered by TTW, it's a mod.

Checked with FNVEdit, and there was no conflicts. Just scrapped the save and restarted, seems like it was a glitch. Thanks for a great "DLC" (Mod)

You won't see conflicts from mods that change things via script (which is why I hate that).
