Can't (properly) throw mines

Ever since I've began playing Tale of Two Wastelands, I've had an extremely strange bug plaguing my experience in the form of almost all mine variants not functioning correctly. Whenever I throw a mine, instead actually being, you know, thrown a small distance, the mine drops at my character's feet with zero momentum (aside from any it gains from tumbling off my hitbox on the way down). Additionally, the actual point the character "throws" the mine itself isn't synced up with the animation; the projectile magically appears at about my character's abdomen when the entire throwing animation plays out, instead of creating the illusion of actually being thrown by appearing partway through the animation. No grenades have these problems, nor do MFC Cluster mines or Gas Bomb mines, presumably due to them being thrown like grenades, despite being mines. "Charging" a throw rather than just clicking once will cause them to actually go out/forwards a little bit, but still far less than they're supposed to.

Vanilla New Vegas never had this problem from what I could tell, but after installing TTW, it happens consistently and constantly. Is this something that anyone else has reported before? How can this be fixed?

Possible bug in anniversary anim pack.

that level 255 mod is crap remove it, use stewies tweaks to do these things.

I'll toggle the animation pack off and see if that does it. Thanks ahead of time (even if it doesn't work and I end up coming back).

Also... yeah, probably. I'm mostly interested in the get-a-perk-every-level thing; even though I have the level 255 version of the mod, I use the IStewie .ini to cap my level at 90 anyways.

you can use Stewie's tweaks to give yourself perks every level too. You really don't need that other mod at all.
Produces the programming equivalent of coffee stains.

Huh, I didn't notice. Guess I really will try this sooner rather than later.
