I'm just posting this because I've put together a port of Street Lights and I'm just curious about something.
I know there have been ports of the mod in the past, but I'm not sure if the permission granted to port it in the past is still valid. If it is, I'll gladly post the converted mod on these forums, if not, I'll try and PM the author. Just checking to see if I can avoid waiting for a response from the author as he hasn't been online since May.

If you got rid of all the shitty scripting and changed it to use an inverted light region, yes.

Nope, I did this port from scratch and automated the emittance using XEdit. You can take a look for yourself before I upload it if you like.
