Nope, Shogo Heavy Industries is a New Vegas mod, although its author has a handful of files on the FO3 Nexus. It addds a plethora of weapons, armor, turrets, etc. into a couple new interior cells with some vendors. There are numerous entries in the Worldspace section, many of them definitely for just placing NPCs and decoration outside the shop door. Can't say I fully understand all of what I'm skimming through - take everything you read here in the context that I'm a novice. I've only recently started to understand anything in FNVedit besides "Create Merged Patch".

Companion Core is a master for Companion Share and Recruit, which entails hiring NPCs as companions. Neither appear to make any changes to Worldspaces.

Mad Science is a mod where your character will come up with ideas for new weapons and contraptions, triggered via picking up certain weapons, talking to certain NPCs, going certain places, etc... This one does have worldspace edits, but very few. I'm pretty sure they're just for an entrance to a Mad Scientist Lair.

Free the Slaves allows you to liberate the slaves and arena fighters from The Fort. Does have worldspace edits, which just look to be the entrance to where a number of slaves are held.

CommentTTW just makes it so NPCs don't make snide comments every time your crosshair passes over locked containers, you sneak near people, knock items over, etc... Only dialogue changes in the plugin.

Interior Ownership focuses on making items/interiors/etc. no longer owned by factions that no longer hold certain areas after a quest(e.g. Van Graffs, Powder Gangers, and Bright's Followers). Worldspace edits on this one too, as far as I can tell they do what they say on the tin.

Which version of Semi-Transparent Door Glass TTW do you use? The first one that got released had a few wild edits that would break TTW. A fixed version got released later in the post.

Huh, good eye. No info on it in FOMM, but from the filename and date I'd say version 1.0, from sometime in 2017. Well before TTW 3.2 itself had been released. Probably had it sitting in a mod folder and assumed it was a normal New Vegas mod, as the name of the archive doesn't mention TTW, only the .esp. So, yup, extremely likely that you found my issue.
Dammit, I can only cross my fingers and hope that hasn't baked issues into my save. Your help is much appreciated, thank you.
