TTW Enhanced Weather - Beta 1.0 testing

Original mod by skingrad24

find it here:

(Stand Alone) is Full package,You dont need anything else.

(Nevada Skies) Version is for those who have Nevada Skies - Weather Effects BETA resources 0-7 Installed (Maby it can work with 0-6 resources, not tested!)

-------------

Requirements:

Tales of Two Wastelands v2.2a+ (duh)

NVSE

optional - Nevada Skies

-------------

Installation:

------------------------

Specific mod Load Order:

Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow.esm

Enhanced Weather - Rain and Snow in Fallout.esp

Enhanced Weather - Radioactive Rain and Snow Plugin.esp

Enhanced Weather - Sneak Bonus during Storms.esp

Enhanced Weather - Weather Sounds in Interiors.esp

-------------------

General Load Order:

Normally its most at the bottom of the list

-----

Bugs:

Just found out that EW is not crashing my game but BA_WastelandRestoration MOD!

Maby EW has a DC hotspot for crashing as well but so far it works like a charm!

Now im fixing BA and EW both.

Minor bug-Radioactive Rain is not Radioactive.

Disregard This!!!! its been triggerd by another MOD!

Major bug-When starting the game for the first time, loading a save from interior/cell will result in CTD.Loading save in exterior works with no problems so far.

So far i found out that its game saving related. If Auto-Save is disabled,no CTD will happen no matter where You are when loading a save.

If Fast-Travel to any place and quicksave or normal save it results in CTD.

Im working on it.

Support would be apritiated!

----------

Conflicts:

(Enhanced Weather) Version files conflicts with Nevada Skies files. It will overwrite Nevada Skies original files!

(Stand Alone) Version files conflicts with Nevada Skies files. It will overwrite Nevada Skies files!

Hey could we get some screen shots on here to see the new weathers that are added?

Is it also possible if we could get a merge .esp of all the .esps in one, so as to lower load orders?

After using it for a while, I can tell you that the mod affects the Mojave Wasteland. I'm getting MUCH MORE rain than usual and I'm getting that one darkness bug where the worldspace gets super dark between like 10am to 1pm.

That should ONLY affect the Capital Wasteland it happens because NV has time of day settings that FO3 didn't have, so there's no data there for those times and the game assumes 0 for every number during said time. If you're seeing it in the Mojave then somebody screwed up when editing this mod. How the hell do I know you may ask? Because I'm using a fully functional URWLified that I've fixed the bug in.

So if we add a script that says which time of day it is, New Vegas Weather mods will work in the Capital?

No, you go in and manually add the new data in for FO3 areas.

It works in the large cell areas in the Mojave like the strip, freemont, fiends area, etc. Perhaps it will work in the DLC areas! The frame rates are good. Does anybody know how to fix the noon blackout bug? WIll the Nevada skies fix at http://www.taleoftwowastelands.com/content/nevada-skies-and-how-make-it-work-ttwno-bugs-so-far work? This mod only has four entries under weather; two for rain and two for snow.

There is a full fomod on the page that has files that appear later than the ones you linked it says recommend only download this one hotfix v2 fomod. It contains a resetweather.esp.

The blackout bug is caused by FO3 not having time of day settings These missing settings get filled in with zeros, which is black. Really black. Open this mod in FNVedit. Find the time of day settings with ALL ZEROs and replace those zeros with the numbers for the time of day directly before or directly after. Now that I've been as clear as possible, if that question is asked again, I'll politely lock this thread until such a time the nice mod conversion person comes back to fix this issue.
