TTW Ain't That A Scar In The Head

I made a mod that lets the player keep the Point Lookout scar as long as they want and adds another scar they receive at the start of New Vegas courtesy of Benny. The scars stack and can be acquired in any order. They can be removed at any time by talking to Nadine and Doc Mitchell respectively.
