Piercing Strike
Hello kind wastelanders! While poking around in FNVEdit working on adding unique super sledge, I noticed that the perk Piercing Strike has it's conditions properly changed to require either melee or unarmed weapons but for soem reason it has a Add Value function for Modify damage threshold insted of substract as in the original NV, with effects sorted the change can be seen very clearly. I was wandering is there a reason for this change or is this an oversight?

Was the DT not calculated correctly? Because I've always thought that the bug was that it required unarmed without "or" for melee.
